Accessible Beginner Birding
This accessible beginner birding program welcomes newcomers to birdwatching with a gentle loop covering approximately 900 feet on flat gravel and compacted lawn. Participants will observe birds at feeders, look over the pond and meadow, and receive instruction in using binoculars and birding by ear. Binoculars are provided for all attendees. The outing includes frequent stops with available seating, accessible restrooms, and van-accessible parking.
